Inside KUSH

Material, Hand, Community

At KUSH, what we make is shaped by three things:
the material, the hand, and the people.

Material

We choose our materials with care natural fibers, leather, ropes, threads not only for how they look, but for how they behave, age, and live.

Tools

Our tools are simple, but they allow precision, patience, and presence in the process.

Each step is done by hand, slowly, with attention.

Community

Behind every piece, there is a community. Women working from their homes, craftsmen with years of experience, and young learners discovering how to turn making into a language.
We don’t separate the product from the process, or the object from the person who made it.

Beyond those who make, there are also those who meet us along the way. Around KUSH, a wider circle forms. Friends of KUSH who found their way to the studio through curiosity, support, shared values, or moments created in gatherings and events.

Some came to visit, some to collaborate, some simply to witness. Some came to teach, to support, and to offer tools along the way.
Each encounter adds a layer to the story, each connection leaves a trace, each presence reveals it, enriches it, and reflects it in a new way.
